today I have the privilege of teaching 10 young children with autism~ART LIT, with an emphasis on Genre and Texture (now is the time that I tell my parents the Liberal Studies/Special Education degree was not a waste of money). I go prepared with a bag full of textures (straw hat, silk scarf, a towel, sandpaper) and photos of kids doing things. Johannes Vermeer would be so proud! wish me luck!
