day number two of no school for the boys, and things are getting a little antsy. My boys love to run and jump and explore outside, but with a wind chill in the negatives it seems like to much for their little faces and hands.... so we have worked hard on making paper airplanes (we have a collection of about 100 so far), watercolors, as well as a puppet show.
I am grateful for dad and his love of wrestling and playing hide and seek to get the last of the wiggles out....
which in turn makes the moments that follow well worth the day of activity.
sitting by the tree, with a blanket and a cup of hot chocolate.
this is peace, this is heaven, this is worth it all!
I think we are ready for more snow tomorrow.
