we have had some great spring weather lately.... and the birds have been coming out like a festival of foliage. Here are some of my favorites from our backyard. We have a beautiful red woodpecker that graces our Lenin tree (not to mention pecks on the house) but he is quite camera shy.
we also have a hawk that hangs out around our yard- he loves to pick on the little finches, his machismo keeps me from photographing him. Spring come, please come soon!
