I have pulled them,
braided them,
and they are now drying from a nail in the kitchen....
Braiding your onions allows them to be bunched together and still have air around them to dry. The braids are great because you can hang them ~ keeping them off the counter, and easily accessible for cooking.

I just harvested my onions too but I didn't know about this method! Maybe next summer....
