HOT HOT HEAT!

we are having a scorcher today, and even tomorrow..... which for Oregon, is rare.

in this heat we are keeping cool by

having midday baths

pudding pops from the freezer

keeping the oven off (salads and cereals for every meal possible)

laundry gets hung to dry.... and done much faster than average days

computer is off (except to post here- teehee!)

fans running and rotating

ice chips

lemonade

wet washcloth wars

summer is great- keep it cool!

I am sharing my pudding pop recipe- for a summer treat for you and your family!

My pudding recipe is from the good ol' Martha Stewart- I know I use her a lot, but she has the best scratch recipes.....

after it cools, I pour it into forms, like these by Progressive

and viola, you have 10 pudding pops in a few hours.

my boys love them- and your kids will too!
