Martin Luther King Jr.

O had to write a paper on his hero last week..... he thought of Martin Luther King Jr and wrote a simple writing prompt that as I read it, made me proud to be his mom.

it said

"Martin Luther King Jr in my hero. He stoppt sigrigshin so people culd live together. He had courage to talk about rights that all people shuld have. He died for something important. He was shot."

This video is a bio of this great man.... but he most importantly was a man that stood for love. for brotherhood. for peace. and for freedom.

Today we honor a man who exemplified inspiration, courage, faith, conviction, action, peace and change. May we learn something from him and teach it to the generations.
